Community that unites women engineers
Join our FREE 10-week intensive program that gives you the tools you need to get the job you want.
Become a part of our welcoming, safe and supportive community where you can join smaller group chats to learn Algorithms and Data Structures and solve problems together.Who are we?
We are a community of women who want to change a career path, jump into a new field or stay fit by preparing themselves for technical interviews.
We are learning together and supporting each other for success at interviews and careers in tech.
You can learn more about our team.
What will you learn?
We will start by solving many problems that's why initial programming skills are a must.
We'll try to cover the most popular interview topics with attention to patterns and your ability to navigate between them.
By the end of the bootcamp, we'll show how to solve 50-100 LeetCode problems, discuss your solutions in terms of time and space complexity, edge cases, and testing.
Preparing for an interview is a long and hard process, we'll simplify certain steps for you, but your efforts and ability to dedicate time will be also crucial.
What are the prerequisites?
- To be more or less confident programming in Python or any other language
- To have knowledge beyond arrays and loops
- To be familiar with Data Structures (there will be a test)
- To solve easy level problems (there will be a test)
- To have ability and desire to spend 5-15 hours a week (solving problems, reading solutions and learning Python / another language, supporting other participants)
Our Goals
Primary goals: learn solving problems to excel at Tech Interviews and build a supportive community.
Secondary goals: support women in job search for a position in Tech and advancement of their careers.
What if I need help?
Being stuck at any level is a natural thing during the learning process. That's why we are together. Ways to get support:
- Self-learning teams are teams of 4-6 women that meet up often and will become your source of immediate support.
- Slack channels on any topic from resume reviewing to asking about a solution for a specific LeetCode problem.
- Contact organizers directly with any questions. We'll try to answer with our experience or find the best contact for you.
Extras
- System Design
- Behavioral interview practice
- Workshops about Github, Resume writing, etc.
- Listen to success stories and other women's journeys in tech
- Projects to build a hands-on experience
- Networking events
- ...and more

"I am infinitely grateful to Margarita for this altruistuc initiative to organize and lead Girls Code BootCamp.
I took the Winter/Spring 2021 class run having little formal CS education myself and was able to observe my progress by interviewing with different companies and eventually landing a job at Amazon!
The course covers a variety of topics and particular problems that are frequently asked at interviews, it helps to organize one's time, and motivates to stay on track.
The class is quite demanding with lots of homework, and with a great pay-off for the hard work at the end!"Alisa Zhila

"I participated in the very first batch of the interview preparation bootcamp, which started in January 2021. During the bootcamp we went through the most common topics in algorithms and data structures, solved common interview problems, talked about behavioral aspects of the interview and practiced the foundations of the system design interview.
Due to the high number of participants we were split into two levels: beginners and advanced, which allowed participants to get tasks according to their level.
The bootcamp helped me a lot: I got a fixed interview prep agenda and schedule, which helped me to get organized and focused. The feedback, insides and pieces of advice from the instructors were very valuable. Also other participants were very active sharing their best practices, prep sources asking questions etc. So, the environment was very collaborative. As a result - I got a new job shortly after the bootcamp completed! I am very thankful to Margarita, Daria, Julia and Shalini for organizing the bootcamp and all participated girls for the support!"

"I was very lucky to be a participant in the first cohort of “Girls Coding Bootcamp”. When I joined, I was just starting to learn coding with the C language. As a beginner, I got introduced to the world of algorithms.
The program consisted of 10 weeks, with each week dedicated to a certain topic such as arrays, linked lists, binary trees to name a few. Each week we would study materials on approaches and methods for solving specific types of algorithms and solve problems in small groups.
By the end of the program I got confident in solving algorithms and decided to continue my learning journey by joining a competitive full-time coding bootcamp for full stack software engineers."Malika Kassen-Lao
